We do not read for minors under the age of 18,.  We are also unable to offer guidance relating to health issues, which includes pregnancy. Or foretell death. We are not able to give lottery numbers out.

All of the readings are aimed at giving you advice and guidance. Please treat them as such. How you act upon the advice given is entirely your decision. Please be aware that by booking a reading with us you take full responsibility for any decisions you may make as a result of that reading we always suggest you use commonsense and always seek the appropriate specialists if required For legal, financial or medical advice you should see a qualified practitioner.

Orders placed for readings cannot be cancelled and a refund given once the reading has been started. Prior to the start of the actual reading, a refund will be issued if you should change your mind about going ahead and request a refund.

Due to our code of ethics we reserve the right to decline requests for readings if deemed inappropriate/unsuitable . This at times may be without further explanation. You would be fully refunded in this instance.

If you are unhappy with your reading, please contact us for a reference and the address to write to. Once we receive your letter fully detailing the problem we will contact you to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.
